Stephen Barker MRICS Managing Director of Invictus Building Consultancy has over 25 years of experience in the industry. His key focus is building long lasting client relationships and has worked for a number of the key pensions funds, Landlords and Tenants across the UK, providing a complete offering of building surveying duties. He has a wealth of experience and technical knowledge.
Prior to founding Invictus Building Consultancy, Stephen was the Director at Capital and Provincial running the Building Surveying Department, Stephen was also a co-founder of BSVP, a Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management business which merged with Capital and Provincial in October 2017. Previously Stephen was an Associate Director at CNP and also worked for Nelson Bakewell and EC Harris.
